About Us


Bob Saxon is an iconic figure in the global yachting community with 40 years of experience during which time he has represented some 2,500 yacht owners in one capacity or another. He is considered a “pioneer” in yacht and crew management, destination marketing, and relationship marketing in the superyacht world with core competencies in the luxe marketplace.   


He is regarded by many as the “patriarch” of yacht management and yacht charter, bringing a highly professional and rigorous approach to the effective management and operation of megayachts around the globe.  


Bob has held a series of senior executive and leadership positions in the industry working with such prestigious brands as Camper & Nicholsons, International Yacht Collection, MarineMax, HMY, and Bob Saxon Associates.  Most recently he was Director of Sales at Westport Yachts, builders of over 175 superyachts.


He is a member of the International Chartering Hall of Fame and a recipient of the International Superyacht Society (ISS) Lifetime Achievement Award.​Bob is also founding president (and four terms as president) of the ISS, a leading industry organization that facilitates best practices and networking globally.


He is a licensed employing yacht broker and has just concluded his sixth term as president of the International Yacht Brokers Association (IYBA).  He is also a certified arbitrator with the International Yacht Arbitration Council. Additionally, Bob is on the Advisory Boards of the Luxury Institute and VIKAND. ​​​
